Fall Into Art: A Far View at The Brinton Museum

November 13 @ 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm

What to expect

Friday, November 13 | 5–8 PM

Fall into history with The Brinton Museum for our final Fall Into Art program of 2026!

Join us for A Far View, a special presentation exploring the history of the Willits and Garber families and their lasting influence on Big Horn and the Little Goose Valley.

Beginning with the arrival of J.O. and Hattie Willits in 1881, A Far View traces generations of ranching, agriculture, innovation, and community involvement. Discover how this family’s story became part of the rich history of Big Horn and Sheridan County.

The presentation is free and open to the public.

Following the presentation, guests are invited to enjoy a special three-course prix fixe dinner at The Brinton Bistro.

Dinner Tickets: $55 per person
Advance registration required.
Brinton Museum members receive 10% off with code MEM10.

Welcome to the new WyoHS.org

We're so excited to introduce you to the new and improved Wyoming Historical Society website — your one-stop site for all things Wyoming History.

Like history itself, our site is still being written. A few pages are still under construction and various collections are still finding their way onto the digital shelves, so please be patient with us as over the coming weeks. Thanks for visiting, and enjoy the new experience!
