Become a Member
The Wyoming Historical Society has been run with dedicated member support since 1953. Dues pay for the newsletter that reaches mailboxes ten times a year, the Lola Homsher grants and scholarships, the treks that take people out to the places themselves, and the slow work of indexing and preserving records that would otherwise go unread.
Membership runs by fiscal year. And levels are minimums, not ceilings: we encourage all members to give what they can.
Having a say
Every current member at the voting level can vote in Trustee and Executive Board elections and on changes to the Bylaws. Members can also put forward candidates for the Board: send a short background and a statement of interest to the Society.
