Governing Documents

The Wyoming Historical Society is a non-profit corporation chartered in Wyoming and run by a volunteer Executive Board elected by its members. The records below set out how the Society is organised, how it makes decisions, and what it has done with the money entrusted to it.

The Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation are the founding framework. Policies cover the rules the Board adopts between meetings, and the budgets, annual reports and minutes are the running record of the work. Everything here is public and free to download.
